You can purchase select Diamond Vogel paint and color tools on our website. For questions about our coatings, including application and surface preparation, please email us at inquiry@diamondvogel.com.

Orders placed for local pickup at our Diamond Vogel stores will be processed and available per your specified date and pickup time. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours from time of order for your pickup to be ready. We will contact you via email or phone to advise of any delays. Color samples and color fan decks are not available for store pick but can be ordered via the website for delivery. Diamond Vogel does not process orders for pickup during weekends or holidays. Diamond Vogel dealer locations are not available for store pickup.

Shipping paint and coatings during extreme cold or high heat and humidity can potentially damage our products. If coatings are exposed to these conditions for an extended period, they can become defective. During these conditions, we will likely not ship products where they will be held in shipping facilities over weekends or holidays. Diamond Vogel will contact you if we choose to hold your order more than three days until we feel that shipping your product will allow it to deliver in a safe manner.

Diamond Vogel will not be responsible for any damage to product from cold or heat exposure, i.e., packages left on shipping docks, over a weekend or holiday, or delivered at the final destination where minimum environmental conditions are not maintained. We encourage you to plan ahead and will also work with you to try and prevent these scenarios.

Diamond Vogel takes pride in maintaining good inventory on our stock products. If the product you want to purchase is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours and provide an estimated in stock and ship date. At that time, you can confirm if you want to wait for the order to ship, reselect a new product, or cancel your order for the product.

Diamond Vogel Store/Curbside Returns

Color Tinted Products: For products on our website noted as tinted products, packaged as custom, or otherwise noted as non-returnable, Diamond Vogel will not provide a refund or authorize a return.

Non-Tinted Stock Product:  Product cannot be returned without prior approval and a copy of the sales receipt. Only goods that have been pre-authorized and have been unopened, are in good condition, and are free from weather damage can be returned. Please contact your local Diamond Vogel store for more details and to preauthorize a return.

Color Tinted Products: For products on our website noted as custom tinted colors, packaged as custom, or otherwise noted as non-returnable, Diamond Vogel cannot refund or authorized a return.

Non-Tinted Stock Product: Product cannot be returned without prior permission. Only goods that have been unopened, are in good condition, and are free from weather damage can be returned. Unless for reasons other than our error in filling your order, a credit in the amount of the billed price for the goods will be authorized.

The customer is responsible to ship pre-authorized goods to our warehouse as designated at the customer’s expense, freight prepaid, including all shipping and handling charges. The customer bears all risk of loss during a return shipment. A copy of the purchase invoice must accompany all returns along with a Return Authorization Number issued by Diamond Vogel. At the time the goods are returned and confirmed in good condition, credit will be issued to the customer.

Shortages or damages must be reported within two working days from receipt of shipment to secure proper adjustment. Please email inquiry@diamondvogel.com to report any shortages or damages. In making all shipments, our responsibility ceases when a delivery from the transportation company is signed for as complete.

CLAIMS FOR LOSSES, SHORTAGES, OR DAMAGE MUST REFILED WITH THE DELIVERY CARRIER.

Be sure to have the delivery carriers’ agent make notation on the freight bill of any damage or shortage. This will enable you to file and collect claim without affidavit. In case damage is not noted at time of delivery (concealed damage), notify delivering carrier and request inspection for the purpose of filing a claim.

Since Diamond Vogel Paint does not control the application of its products nor the condition of the surfaces to which they are applied, Diamond Vogel offers our “Satisfaction Guarantee” with a limited warranty. We guarantee your satisfaction with the performance of our products when applied on a properly prepared surface according to the label directions. Diamond Vogel will ask for your purchase receipt and empty or partially used containers be presented for Satisfaction Guarantee review. At your choosing, Diamond Vogel will either furnish without charge an equivalent amount of replacement paint or refund your money equivalent to the amount of product needed to correct the condition. This warranty does not include the cost of labor for the application or removal of any paint coating. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Please be aware that we do our best to represent product colors as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that every monitor or device displays colors the same. The colors that you see displayed are a best possible representation of the product and are not a guaranteed match to the true color of the product once applied. We suggest purchasing a sample of your color to test in your space or ordering a color sample or fan deck for color accuracy.

The estimates listed below are the approximate amount of paint needed for your project by square foot of area covered. You should factor in two coats of paint for optimal coverage.
