Return Policy of Shipped Orders

Color Tinted ProductsTinted interior and exterior paints, and primers, along with all paint color samples, are not eligible for return or exchange. Be cautious that on-screen and printer color may vary from actual paint colors, and we do not honor returns or exchanges for digitally misinterpreted colors.

Non-Tinted Stock Product: Product cannot be returned without prior permission. Only goods that have been unopened, are in good condition, and are free from weather damage can be returned. Unless for reasons other than our error in filling your order, a credit in the amount of the billed price for the goods will be authorized.

The customer is responsible to ship pre-authorized goods to our warehouse as designated at the customer’s expense, freight prepaid, including all shipping and handling charges. The customer bears all risk of loss during a return shipment. A copy of the purchase invoice must accompany all returns along with a Return Authorization Number issued by Diamond Vogel. At the time the goods are returned and confirmed in good condition, credit will be issued to the customer.

Color Tinted Products: For products on our website noted as tinted products, packaged as custom, or otherwise noted as non-returnable, Diamond Vogel will not provide a refund or authorize a return.

Non-Tinted Stock Product:  Product cannot be returned without prior approval and a copy of the sales receipt. Only goods that have been pre-authorized and have been unopened, are in good condition, and are free from weather damage can be returned. Please contact your local Diamond Vogel store for more details and to preauthorize a return.

Shipping Policy


Shipping paint and coatings during extreme cold or high heat and humidity can potentially damage our products. If coatings are exposed to these conditions for an extended period, they can become defective. During these conditions, we will likely not ship products where they will be held in shipping facilities over weekends or holidays. Diamond Vogel will contact you if we choose to hold your order more than three days until we feel that shipping your product will allow it to deliver in a safe manner.

Diamond Vogel will not be responsible for any damage to product from cold or heat exposure, i.e., packages left on shipping docks, over a weekend or holiday, or delivered at the final destination where minimum environmental conditions are not maintained. We encourage you to plan ahead and will also work with you to try and prevent these scenarios.

Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss

  • We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.
  • Title shall pass to you upon payment in full. Risk of loss and damage pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
